We are currently recruiting for production workers and would welcome your application. Last season we were fortunate to have had an overwhelming number of excellent candidates and we hope our upcoming 2017 season will be the same.
Our ideal production worker candidate is comfortable working with hand tools, is able to read a tape measure and understands the importance of producing a quality product. They must also have an excellent work ethic and attitude and contribute to a positive, friendly and safe work environment.

We offer attractive shift times. Production day shift is 6:00am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday (5 eight-hour shifts) and evening shift is 2:30pm to 1:00am Monday to Thursday (4 ten-hour shifts). Our 2017 starting wage is $12.01 per hour for day shift and $12.65 per hour for evening shift.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator’s main responsibility will be for administration and support for the sales and marketing department. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will be the chief inside contact in the absence of the Director of Sales and will liaise with, and provide communications and marketing support to our dealer network, outside sales team and customer service throughout Canada and USA. This position will also be the primary contact and liaison with our advertising agency.
Responsibilities include: managing our dealer co-op advertising program and provide marketing support; maintaining company websites and social media; developing marketing aids, showroom displays and promotional materials; providing communications and marketing support to the sales process and dealer network; coordinating trade shows, including display and booth development, and the administration of all aspects of the trade show process; planning various internal and external special events, seminars and meetings; coordinating external tasks and liaising with design agencies; facilitate and coordinate product changes, new products as it relates to development, manufacturing, pricing, packaging, promotion and product launches; developing sales and marketing tools to support and educate dealers on our complete line of products and programs and conducting market research and focus groups in support of current and future marketing initiatives.
